| Hi, my name is Uma, that is what my beautiful two grandchildren fondly call me as they as babies could not say Oma (Dutch for grandmother) and have grown to love and have adopted that name for myself. I have a 39 YO daughter, 17 YO twin boys, 9 YO grandson and 6 YO granddaughter. I love to knit and crochet and basically doing any type of crafts. I also love to garden and spending time with my family. I was born in Indonesia and lived in the Netherlands before immigrating to the USA in 1961, when I was 11 years old. I've been knitting since I was about 6 YO and crocheting since I was a teenager. I'm happiest when I keep my hands busy creating things. |
